Move On

MOVE ON

There comes a time in everyone’s life when there is a melancholy sound filling your heart but you cannot explain it to anyone. The piercing daggers in your head keep hurting you, but the world knows only a happy face. A weird discomfort enshrouds the soul, but the shroud is beautiful for people, sometimes to an extent where they get jealous of you and contribute to the daggers piercing blood out of you.
Sleepless nights and non-content souls are a reality, and yes, they do exist more frequently that anybody realizes. What does not exist is a solution if you keep dwelling in the problem. I know, years of math training has taught us to keep looking at the problem and you will find the solution; and life is a little similar – little different from maths. Look at the problem but only to observe and find a solution, not to worry. Easier said than done it may be, but choices are limited under the two-faced shroud. Sometimes, when a solution is nowhere to be found, it helps to look away just for a little while, but don’t ignore the problem completely. Problems are like spirits, the ones that don’t have a complete solution come back to haunt us.
Take a break, eat a burger, have a day off, but do come back.
May be because that is the right thing to do, may be because going forward is your only option, but this too shall pass.

Wandering aimlessly, we tread forward,
Hoping hopelessly, we dream toward
Touching the sky amidst ghoulish nightmares

With a beauty in souls and in our heart, dares.
